Hello friends! I'm Linnea, the creator and founder behind The Opulent Owl. I moved from Texas to Indiana during my adult years and have been here ever since. I knew I had become a Midwesterner when I married my husband who is a Hoosier through and through. I have always had an eye for detail and loved planning events, throwing parties, and making everything aesthetically pleasing.
Once married I became a Corporate Trainer until I had my first baby girl, Moriah. I knew then that my heart was to be a full time stay at home mom. Life began to speed up as I had my second daughter, Cozette, almost two years to the day later. As both girls grew I started throwing parties for them and absolutely loving it! Just as I started to get the hang of not having anyone in diapers anymore, I found out that my husband and I were going to have twins! I definitely was not ready for that! We were blessed with happy, healthy fraternal twins, a sweet baby boy, Jude, and a another spunky baby girl, Dior. Life became even more interesting and busy! Through it all I still kept throwing parties for my littles and helping design and create other local events.
With each project friends and family would encourage me to start my own business; which I had always wanted to do but never felt I had the time (you know because of all the littles). Well, now all four of my amazing children are growing up, faster than I ever thought possible I might add, and I am ready to embark on another exciting adventure; only this time outside of the home. I look forward to bringing excitement and joy, through upscale balloon decor, to each and every one of you!
